A free digital game designed for young people aged 8–12 who are learning about menstruation for the first time. Through a week-long adventure, players explore relatable social and physical scenarios linked to the menstrual cycle. Combining humour, role-play and practical knowledge, the game builds menstrual literacy, reduces stigma and supports confident, respectful conversations.
