Stacey McGrillen

Stacey (She/Her) is a registered psychologist who enjoys working with children (14+) and adults - individuals, couples and families. Stacey supports clients experiencing mental health conditions related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, obsessive compulsive disorder, significant life transitions and family stress.

Stacey adopts a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, and the Gottman method for couples and family therapy. Stacey is also experienced in group facilitation and conducting psychological assessments to support diagnosis and inform treatment planning, working closely with referring GP's and specialists. 

Stacey works using a warm, considered and client-centred approach, and is commitment to using a safe, respectful space in which clients feel understood and supported to work towards their goals.  

Stacey is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and holds a Medicare provider number. 

All services are $60 out of pocket with a mental health treatment plan.
