I focus on helping students understand how their bodies work, how to keep themselves safe, and what their bodies are capable of – while fostering curiosity and confidence. My approach ensures that students see this essential knowledge not as something intimidating, but as something fascinating, relevant, and important to their everyday lives.

With over 35 years of experience in Education, I bring a deep understanding of student learning, wellbeing, and development across both primary and secondary settings.  My career has included roles as a Primary Classroom Teacher and a PDHPE Teacher in high schools, giving me a broad and well-rounded perspective on how young people learn and grow.

For the past 16 years, I have specialised as a Relationships and Sexuality Educator with Interrelate, supporting students to develop knowledge, confidence, and respect in understanding their bodies and relationships.  I am passionate about creating safe, inclusive learning environments where students feel comfortable asking questions, engaging in discussions, and building essential life skills.
