Her career journey has been focused on working with children and families to build capacity for care, protection, and wellness, as well as supporting survivors of sexual assault/abuse to regain their voice and empowerment. As a bilingual professional, Hoa possesses exceptional clinical experience and has provided counselling and clinical supervision in a range of healthcare and trauma response settings. Hoa's areas of expertise include working with individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual violence and abuse, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue management. Aaron, (preferred pronouns – he/him), is a Clinical Psychologist and works with adults and young people (+16) with a range of mental health presentations. Aaron is dedicated to working alongside people to achieve their mental health and wellbeing goals. Aaron has a Doctorate in clinical psychology. He has also worked in leadership roles in both the private and non-profit sectors. Aaron enjoys working alongside young people and adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, co-existing mental health & substance use problems, trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder, adjustment to change, work related stress, and hoarding disorder. Aaron is skilled in a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema-focussed cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Aaron is a warm and personable mental health clinician and is committed to helping people achieve their goals. Aaron is a Member of the Australian Psychology Society and Medicare accredited.

With over 30 years of experience, Crawford has provided therapeutic services to clients in both public and private settings. Her areas of expertise encompass a wide range of interpersonal issues, including couple therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, workplace stressors, and domestic violence. She also specialises in addressing ante and postnatal depression. Crawford tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of her clients and utilises a variety of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Sensorimotor Therapy. Crawford is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association. Additionally, she is a registered Medicare Provider.
