Parents not Partners is a six week group course that aims to help you further develop the skills needed to manage co-parenting effectively after separation.
Guided by an experienced counsellor you will learn how to separate your relationship with your ex-partner from your parenting so you can better understand and prioritise the needs of your child or children. It will also support you in the development of communication skills as you learn to manage difficult emotions and navigate disagreements respectfully and confidently.
With this course you can ensure your child's best interest remains at the heart of all decisions.
If you have concerns about attending group sessions please discuss this with us and we will do our best to accommodate you with one-to-one sessions.
