Health is our psychological telehealth service, a team of  highly qualified, experienced and skilled psychologists and mental health specialists who deliver evidence informed mental health care.

We ensure it is accessible by providing online and phone consultations only with appointments often available within a few days. We keep it affordable by maintaining a low gap fee of only $60 per session with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, with bulk billing options available if fees would prevent your patient seeking support.  

How to Refer

To help simplify the referral process we encourage you to email the referral directly to us. Provide your patient with an I relate. Health postcard so they can scan the QR code and book their appointment with us at a time that suits them best.

We would be delighted to send you a referral pack which includes 50 referral cards for your patients plus a poster for your practice. To request a pack please complete this form .

We are also able to take referrals from your patient directly. Please ensure you include our website on your referral.
