We understand your culture is important to the strength of your family's relationships and wellbeing. We are committed to understanding your needs and are supported by our First Nations team to provide you and your family with the right kind of care for you.
We're here to help if you and your partner have decided to separate and have children and/or a house or money together. Mediation can help you decide on what to do next so you and the other parent can continue having a strong and rewarding relationship with your children as you find new ways to parent together.
If you would like support with working out your shared arrangements around children, money, and/or housing, then contact us today to find out how we can support you. To ensure you have access to culturally safe support, we aim to have First Nations community development workers available to have a yarn with you or your mediator before or after your appointment.
Chances are separating from your partner was never in your life plan. If you are considering or going through a separation emotions will be high, it's often a time of confusion, anger, hurt and grief. You don't need to do it alone. With a range of separation support services available such as counselling, mental health support and mediation we are here to help guide you through this difficult time.
Mediation is a powerful means of helping you and your ex-partner negotiate the decisions associated with separating with the support of a neutral third party. It is a recommended low cost step for separating couples who want to reach agreement around parenting and/or property and finance quickly and effectively.
Our Children's Contact Service provides a safe space for children to engage with parents and family members who aren't their primary carer, helping them create connection with all their loved ones. Suitable for children, parents and family members who require support and/or supervision to see one another whether due to separation, conflict or safety concerns, it provides a safe space to help nurture the positive bonds within all your family.
As relationships experts we understand the impact of domestic and family violence on individuals and families. We can provide you with a safe and welcoming space, whether your unsure on how to take the first step or have done so and are now seeking assistance in helping to repair. Supported by a specialised Domestic and Family Violence case worker, our holistic service provides specialist counselling, mediation, Children's Contact Services and warm referrals into other support services.
