Interrelate is a company limited by guarantee and is guided by our Board of Directors who ensure we achieve our vision, purpose and objectives. The Board can exercise the powers and functions of the organisation within the constraints of Interrelate's Constitution and the Corporations Act 2001.

Vivek Chopra
Appointed: February 13, 2020

Vivek is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been a Deputy Chair of a Board and Chair of an Audit and Risk Committee where his intersectional skillset in general management, risk, and compliance have found intuitive expression. Vivek is passionate about excelling in operational risk, and strategic management, including cyber security. His position on the Board enables him to help set the tone from the top when it comes to creating strong foundations for Interrelate’s structures of management, compliance, and governance. Vivek is experienced in strategy formulation, risk management, governance processes and implementing processes towards achievement of operational efficiency. His exposure to internal audit and being part of an executive team has equipped him with the necessary skills and attributes to becoming an effective member of an organisation or Board.

Adele Ezzy

Adele has over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit, private, and government sectors, including IT management, IT project management, and vocational training in business and technology. Adele managed her own IT training business for 10 years, whilst teaching business part time at TAFE NSW. Adele is also a certified marriage Prepare & Enrich Facilitator and is currently practicing. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Antony Floyd

Antony is a MAICD and has broad experience in education and governance across cultures, age, communities and not-for-profit including leadership roles across local, regional and national areas. He was on the Committee of Management of Family Life Victoria for over 20 years and its Chair for 10 years. Antony is a graduate of the Melbourne College of Divinity (Dip Theol), Chicago Theological Seminary (USA Doctor of Ministry), Sydney College of Divinity (MA Theol) and a Minister in the Uniting Church in Australia (UCA) for more than 50 years in Australia and overseas. Antony has held nationwide responsibilities for the UCA that have including policy and regulatory advice on culturally diverse matters, oversight of development of resources for use across Australia, review and leadership of workshops on racism and cultural awareness, and support, advocacy and advice for CALD communities.

Wendy Haigh
Appointed: April 23, 2019

Wendy is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has worked in senior executive positions across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors including science and technology, health, education, and community services. Linking it all together is a passion for innovation and improving people’s lives. She is currently the co-founder and CEO of the Stronger Brains charity, which provides education and training on the brain and the latest scientific techniques in neuroplasticity to measurably heal the brain from the impacts of childhood trauma and adversity. Wendy brings to Interrelate expertise in social impact investment and social enterprise. She was involved in one of Australia’s first social benefit bonds and has spoken nationally on revenue diversification in the not-for-profit sector and innovative funding mechanisms for social impact.

Dr Deborah Wilmoth
Appointed: May 14, 2019

Dr Deborah Wilmoth is a registered psychologist in clinical and forensic psychology. She has worked in mental health services for over 30 years and with strong focus in ADHD, working with families going through separation, domestic and family violence, and stress disorders. Deborah provides expert witness reports for Family Court and criminal and civil matters. She has a Masters in Community-Clinical Psychology and has a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical). Deborah is currently a director on the Board of Rural Lifestyle Options Australia in addition to her position on the Interrelate Board. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and was a member on the APS Ethics Committee for 3 years. She has been recognised as a Fellow in the Australian Psychological Society and is a Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary). Deborah is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jason Hinks
Appointed: June 3, 2019

Jason is an experienced leader in both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. His roles have included Chief Executive Officer of Foodbank Australia and Chief Operating Officer for Movember, also leading several companies in Australia and the USA. He is currently the Industry Solutions and Strategy Director, Nonprofits for Salesforce and President and Board Chair of The Australian Marine Conservation Society. Jason brings subject matter experience in marketing, fundraising and digital strategy.

Jeremy is a collaborative and seasoned senior executive, with a career spanning across all levels of government, the not-for-profit sector and creative industries. He has direct experience working with Boards, councils and senior management teams, which has assisted in developing his passion for enhancing the potential of individuals, teams, and systems. Jeremy has extensive experience in governance and funding matters and meeting regulatory, policy, and operational challenges. He has a proven track record leading organisations through cycles of change to drive positive transformations.

Malcolm Gittoes-Caesar
Appointed: 27 October 2023

Malcom has been a solicitor for 24 years, and an Accredited Specialist in family law since 2007, specialising in advocacy, mediation and dispute resolution, and complex parenting and property matters. From 2010 - 2012, he was a Partner at one of Australia's leading family law firms and was Partner and Board member of a leading Western Sydney law firm from 2013 – 2022 and was responsible for significant growth in the family law team. Since 2022 he has been a consultant at a top-tier national family law team, working on complex matters and acting as trial advocate. Malcom has been a sessional lecturer at Western Sydney University and currently lectures at Notre Dame University. His Board experience and the completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course has given him breadth of knowledge in relation to compliance, financial, and regulatory functions of an organisation.

Karen is a proud Kamilaroi woman and has over 25 years’ experience in the for purpose and private sectors including remote and Indigenous programs, training and development, employment, disability and community services. She is CEO of Cooper Consulting collaborating with organisations and communities on solutions that transform their business through strategy, organisation design, governance and cultural resilience. Karen is a strong advocate for raising awareness and starting the conversation around mental health. She holds Non-Executive Director positions with Yilabara, Bridge Housing Limited and Tamworth Community College and is a member of Finance, Risk and Audit, Business Development and Strategy and People and Governance Board Committees. Karen has completed her Master of Business Administration and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
