Graeme has more than 24 years of experience in financial and business management across both the private and non-government sectors. “Our department continues to build infrastructure that supports greater use of technology to better serve our community by delivering the best services.” Graeme holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management/Marketing) from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of New England.

Suella Wright, Head of Operations – NSW Services

Suella has more than 27 years of experience in delivery and leadership in health and social-care services in the government and non-government sectors. “We aim to deliver a high-quality service when, where and how our clients would like it delivered.” Suella holds a Master's in Business Administration and Diploma in Management Studies, both from the University of Leicester, as well as a Diploma in Higher Education (Nursing Studies) from the University of Luton.

Jill Rowe, Head of People & Culture

Jill has more than 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of people, culture and workforce development programs in a broad range of organisations. In addition to many years in the corporate sector, Jill consulted to the not-for-profit sector for several years in the area of leadership development. “I am passionate about partnering with our leaders and their teams to create an environment in which people share the vision, achieve the organisation’s goals and professionally thrive.” Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Industrial Relations) from UNSW, MBA from Macquarie University and Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from University of Sydney.

Daphne Ling, Head of Corporate Services

Daphne has over 20 years of experience in strategy, financial management and data insights across the financial services sector. ‘In a dual role of enabler and custodian, we equip our people with high quality data, technology and the right tools to deliver the best services to our clients whilst ensuring safeguards of good governance and efficient processes so Interrelate can achieve its vision to help people thrive in their relationships.’ Daphne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance) from UNSW and is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Clare Henderson, Head of Business Development

With over 20 years of experience in driving successful commercial strategies, Clare takes pride in being an agent of change and a leader who truly values partnership. Her experience was gained cementing client success across technology and marketing services until a desire to take her skills into for purpose saw a move into the not-for-profit sector in 2020. “Harnessing our opportunities for growth, supported by meaningful marketing and communications, we will ensure continued success so all can thrive in their relationships.” Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts (Applied Communications) from the University of Western Sydney.

Jae Lee, Head of Quality Practice

Jae has over 24 years of experience in the mental health and not-for-profit sectors, and is a leader committed to building collaborations that drive positive change. “I believe in bridging the gap that sometimes exists between research-driven, evidence-based practice and the wisdom borne of real-life experience in all its glorious complexity to inspire service delivery that is compassionate, inclusive, client-centred, effective and efficient”.  Jae is a registered clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor with a Masters in Clinical Psychology from UNSW.
